How do I make payment?
We accept payment either in cash, local check, certified check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
A deposit is required on all booked moves and will be applied toward the final charges of your move. The deposit is refundable with a 48-hour cancellation notice. This deposit can be paid for by check, cash, or by credit card. A 3% convenience fee will apply for all credit/debit cards.

How will the total charges be calculated?
The actual cost of your relocation will be determined by multiplying the actual hours spent on your move by the hourly cost quoted to you by our estimator. Please recognize that our estimated time for the completion of your move is just that—an educated estimate. As such, the actual time spent to relocate your assets may differ from what we may have estimated.
Bulldog Movers, Inc. will not be responsible for delays due to traffic or inclement weather.

How do you charge for partial hours?
The last hour of your move will be prorated by 15 minute increments.

Do you disconnect and reconnect appliances?
First, we highly recommend that you select a licensed electrician or plumber for your appliance disconnect/reconnect needs. However, in the instance you would like Bulldog Movers to do this task for you, we will request that you sign a liability release form which would absolve Bulldog Movers from any responsibility in the even that any damages occur to your equipment during the disconnect/reconnect process.

Can I leave things in the drawers?
Yes. You can leave all articles of clothing, non-breakable or non-valuable items in drawers. The drawers will be secured shut. It is suggested that you empty drawers (and pack them very lightly with clothing only) of any fragile items.

Do all of my boxes need to be sealed?
Yes. All boxes should be closed and tape-up. For best results, all boxes should be as fully packed as possible. Please identify fragile boxes.

What if we have bad weather on move day?
Bulldog Movers will complete the move if at all possible. Bulldog Movers WILL NOT be responsible for soiling of carpets due to wet or muddy conditions.
